- No refunds are issued once a garment has been stitched.
- If an error occurs on our part, we will gladly redo the item at no additional cost.
Order Approval
- No orders will move forward without the customer’s approval.
- Once the design is approved and production has started, any changes requested afterward will incur a $10 fee per change.
